To get you your products as quickly as possible, we ship our orders from the warehouse that has available stock and is closest to the customer's shipping address. 


With some multi-piece orders, this may mean that your complete order may be comprised of more than one shipment.  Also, some orders may contain some items that are in-stock and some that are Special Order products.  In some cases, this will trigger separate shipments as well because special orders may come directly from the manufacturer.


Separate shipments may originate at opposite ends of the country, so there can be up to a week's difference between shipments of in-stock items from separate warehouses.


If you receive only part of your order, check the tracking information associated with your order on our site to see if there is a second shipment still on it's way.


If you are unable to find another shipment and tracking number, contact our customer service department for assistance.
