How much is my shipping?     

Orders over $99 in total product cost, including any coupons, ship free of charge to the 48 contiguous states and 10 Canadian provinces.  

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Cart page where you can enter your Country, Province/State and Zip/Postal Code to see available shippping options and costs.  On the final checkout page, your shippng costs will be listed as well.

How do I return my product?     

Canadian Customers Click Here and USA Customers Click Here for the Account Login Page, then click on the Orders tab. Select the order for which you would like to create a return and scroll down to the returns section..


What do I do if I received the wrong product?     

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.  We will need a picture of the product box label showing the item's manufacturer part number.

When will my order ship?     

Please see each individual item page for more information on the shipping standard (in business days) for each item.  Because of our buying power and our huge inventory, the vast majority of our items are always in stock in the closest warehouse to you and can ship the next business day for orders placed before 1 pm local time.  Special Order products generally have a lead time to ship of 3 weeks and out-of-stock products are normally re-stocked within a 2-3 week window.  

 
Also, after placing your order, you may visit the Canadian Guest Tracking or US Guest Tracking page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation with a link to this page as soon as your item has shipped. This tracking number may take up to 24 hours to be shown en route in the carrier's tracking portal.
