First, check your email.  Some of the emails we send you are related to the progress of your order to have a PDF copy of the invoice attached to them.  Make sure you check your spam folder because sometimes your email app will place them there automatically.


If you are unable to find that, you can reprint your invoice:


If You Set Up A Customer Account:


Go to the Canadian Account Login Page or the US Account Login Page and use your credentials to access your account.  Click on "My Orders", select the order and expand using the + sign and you will find a link to your invoice PDF file.



If You Purchased Using a Guest Account


Go to the Canadian Guest Tracking Page or the US Guest Tracking Page and enter your order reference and email address. The order detail will appear and you can click on the "Download Your Invoice as a PDF" link to retrieve a copy of your invoice.


If you are unable to get a copy of your invoice using any of the above methods, call, email, or chat with us and we can re-send the invoice for you.  We will need your order reference if you happen to have it or we can retrieve it using your name.
