You can view all of the details associated with your account and make changes to your personal information by visiting your "My Account" page on our site. To do that first log in to the account by clicking on the "Login" button on the top right of any page and the entering your email address and password in the "Already Registered" section.
If you placed a phone order and a password was created for you, or if you have simply forgotten your password, click on the "Forgot Your Password?" Link in the same panel, enter the email address you used when registering, and a password reset email will be sent to you.
Once you are logged in, you will see your name to the left of the "Account" link. Hover over that link and click on the "My Account" option in the drop-down menu.
This will open the "My Account" page and provide you several options to manage your account:
On this page, you are able to:
- View your Order History and Details, including invoice downloading and shipment tracking information
- Modify billing/shipping Addresses information
- View the Coupon Codes you have been provided with
- Modify Additional Information, like the type of RV or other vehicle you own
- View Gift Cards you have purchased, including their status
- Use the Returns Manager to create a request to return a product
- View any Credit Slips issued to you
- Update your Personal Information (name, email address, etc.) or Change your Password
- Access any Product Wish Lists you have created
- View/Delete any Alerts you set up to advise you when an item is restocked
- View any Customer Support Tickets that have been created to assist you with an inquiry or issue.
- View/Complete any pending or open requests made to you requesting Reviews of our service/products
